- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
- One tablespoon of lime juice
- Two cloves of garlic, pressed
- Cracked pepper for garnish
How to Prepare the Cauliflower Rice
While you can get ready-made cauliflower rice at your local convenience store, making some at home should be fun. All you’ll need is a food processor and some roughly chopped heads of cauliflower.
